Hardhat: Pounding Nails

Today was productive. With a dynamite team of five, we almost completed framing all the walls for the first two units. Thanks to the plans developed by Bill, the homes are capable of being framed offsite, and once ready, transported and raised onto the concrete slab at our first property.

Bunch of workhorses. Thank you dear friend Zofia, THG Architect Bill, Operation Northern Comfort Construction Manager Phil, and New THGer Chad.

Phil is a terrific leader able to break down each step of the project while not getting hung up on the details. His leadership was reflected in the amount of walls we finished today and the smiles we still had at the end of the day.

Tomorrow we will complete all the walls. At that point we'll be working on the back-end to get the properties squared away. More to come tomorrow.
