Welcome Home - An August Recap

Christina, Gabby and Nariah on move-in day!

If you follow along on social media, you may have noticed we give a lot of construction updates. It's true that a lot of our day-to-day activity is building-intensive, but the whole reason we do what we do is to provide housing for people like the Wright family.

Meet Christina, Gabby and Nariah. The newest members of our growing community, and the bright young family we're thrilled to welcome into our newest home.

The timing is perfect as Christina is looking forward to starting a new job and Gabby and Nariah are anticipating the beginning of a new school year with the benefit of having their own special place to come home to.

We are so happy to welcome them into this space and can't wait to see how they flourish.

Thanks to the leadership of our site supervisor, James Sevigny, and the dedication of our staff and volunteers, our two-bedroom home on West Ostrander is all wrapped up. She's light and bright and full of wonderfully homey touches thanks to many members of this community. Check out this video recap for a walkthrough of the space.
