Take a tenant out for coffee, provide transportation to an appointment, enhance our community.

You’re handy with basic tools and enjoy things like finishing drywall, painting, installing flooring or fixtures, etc.

You like working outside and don’t mind getting your hands dirty. Think landscaping, staining, fence repair etc.

You’re organized, sweat the details, have excellent communication skills, and excel at bringing in money.
