Rich Street Groundbreaking with National Grid

We are proud to partner with National Grid whose Project C initiative so closely aligns with our mission. We are grateful for our continued partnership with the Greater Syracuse Land Bank and our new partnership with the University at Buffalo’s Architecture Department’s Small Built Works program. And we are humbled by the support of Onondaga County Executive Ryan McMahon, City of Syracuse - Office of the Mayor Ben Walsh, and NYS Senator Rachel May.

We are currently working with the Small Built Works program to finalize construction drawings so we can move forward with permits and ultimately construction. We look forward to a ribbon-cutting ceremony in 12-18 months when we’ll get to welcome four individuals, who have faced homelessness, home.
